450g lean ground beef
1x package ground italian sausage (600-650g)
1 small yellow onion, grated
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground pepper
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp fresh minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
150g provolone cheese, cut into eight 2 inch pieces
½ cup ketchup
