Ingredients
450-500g stracciatella cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup chopped salted pistachios
1x baguette, sliced
Optional: extra sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F. Slice the baguette and add to a baking sheet. Brush each side of the pieces of baguette with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes, flip, bake for another 5 minutes until just crispy and turning golden. Set aside.
- Assemble the appetizer: Add the stracciatella cheese to a low bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over top and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios. Serve with toasted baguette. If desired, sprinkle with extra sea salt.
TIPS
- For an additional burst of flavour, add a drizzle of honey.
