Ingredients

Strawberry-Basil Popsicles:

2 cups sliced strawberries

1/4 cup chopped basil

1/3 cup lemonade

 

Peachy-Mint Popsicles

1 peach, chopped cups sliced strawberries

1 1/2 cups peach nectar

1 tbsp chopped mint

 

Blueberry-Lemonade Popsicles:

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

1 1/2 cups lemonade

Instructions

Strawberry-Basil Popsicles:

  1. To a blender add strawberries, basil and lemonade.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds – 1 minute, until fully combined.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving about a quarter-inch space at the top of the mold (because the popsicle mixture will expand when freezing) and place popsicle sticks in the mold.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours; then, remove from molds and enjoy!

 

Peachy-Mint Popsicles:

  1. To a blender peach, peach nectar and chopped mint
  2. Blend for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving about a quarter-inch space at the top of the mold (because the popsicle mixture will expand when freezing) and place popsicle sticks in the mold.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours; then, remove from molds and enjoy!
  5. For a fun adult-themed summer drink, dip Peachy-Mint Popsicles in a glass of prosecco!

 

Blueberry-Lemonade Popsicles:

  1. Divide the blueberries between each popsicle mold.
  2. Pour lemonade into each popsicle mold, leaving about a quarter-inch from the top of the mold.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours; then, remove from molds and enjoy!

TIPS

  • Once popsicles are removed from molds, they can be wrapped in plastic wrap or parchment paper, then placed in a freezer-friendly bag or container in the freezer to enjoy all week long.
