Ingredients
1 ½ cup cold whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (10oz / 283g container) lemon curd
10 ladyfingers, crushed + 1 crushed for garnish
1x container Amarena cherries
Optional: fresh cherries for garnish
Instructions
- First make the whipped cream: Using a hand mixer or stand mixer fitter with a whisk attachment, whip whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes. Immediately cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
- To make each dessert, layer as desired OR use these approximate layering instructions as guidance:
- Starting at the bottom of the glass with whipped cream (about 1 1/2 tbsp per cup), pressing down gently each layer as you go followed by…
- Crushed lady fingers – 2 tbsp
- Lemon curd – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Whipped cream – 1 1/2 tbsp each
- Amarena cherries – 1 tbsp with juices
- Lady fingers – 2 tbsp
- Whipped cream – 1 tbsp each
- Lemon curd – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Amarena cherries – 1 tbsp with juices
- Leftover whipped cream & a fresh cherry on top

- Make these ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
