Ingredients
Brie crostini w/ amarena cherries, sliced almonds on baguette:
12 slices of baguette bread
12 slices of brie cheese
1x container of amarena cherries
Garnish: Sliced almonds
Ciabatta w/ goat cheese, rhubarb jam, granola, lemon zest:
2x small ciabatta loaves, sliced into 8 pieces
1-2 x 110g goat cheese
1x container rhubarb jam
Zest of one lemon
Granola
Instructions
Brie crostini w/ amarena cherries, sliced almonds on baguette:
- Slice 12 slices of baguette and 12 slices of brie cheese.
- Preheat the oven to a low broil setting and toast the baguette until just golden.
- Top each slice with a slice of brie, a few amarena cherries and sliced almonds.
Ciabatta w/ goat cheese, rhubarb jam, granola, lemon zest:
- Slice 16 slices of ciabatta.
- Preheat the oven to a low broil setting and toast the ciabatta until just golden.
- Top each slice with goat cheese, rhubarb jam, sprinkle of granola and lemon zest

- Keep things easy when entertaining and simply put out all of the components, allowing guests to build their own
