We’re taking your favourite fall flavours and turning them into a delicious, cheesy dip! Enjoyed best with crostini or crackers to hold all of that gooey goodness. Perfect for sharing at a festive gathering or potluck.
4 oz cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded gruyère + ¼ cup
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
4 slices of bacon, chopped into half-inch pieces
2 ½ cups quartered brussels sprouts
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp kosher or sea salt
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp white wine
1 tsp fresh thyme or ½ tsp dried thyme
Crackers or toasted baguette for serving
Cook the bacon and brussels sprouts ahead of time. When you’re ready to make the dip, warm up together in a pan for a couple minutes on low then follow the rest of the recipe starting when you add the cheese.
