Using simple savoury and sweet ingredients, create two delicious sandwiches! Up first a turkey, cheese and basil pesto aioli sandwich made for easy weekday lunches. And a second sweet sandwich made with nutella and bananas!

Ingredients

1x package frozen croissants (bake at home)

1x jar basil pesto aioli

6x slices roasted deli turkey

4x slices provolone cheese

Arugula

1x banana

1x jar nutella

Instructions

  1. Bake the croissants according to package directions.

To make the savoury sandwich:

  1. Cut the baked croissant in half. Spread pesto aioli on both sides of each croissant. Starting on the bottom croissant layer arugula, 2 cheese slices, 3 turkey slices and more arugula.

To make the nutella and banana sandwich:

  1. Cut the croissant in half. Slice 1 banana. Spread nutella on both sides of each croissant and layer the banana slices, dividing between the two sandwiches. Enjoy as is or warm a bit of butter in a pan and heat the sandwich for about 2-3 minutes per side.

TIPS

Use a waffle maker to press the nutella and banana sandwiches together for a fun brunch treat!
