Ingredients

860ml can sweetened chestnut puree *use half*

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

1 tbsp sugar

6x bourbon cherries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chestnut puree: Using a ricer, press through half of the chestnut puree from the can. Set aside. (If you don’t have a ricer, use a cheese grater and grate the chestnut puree).
  2. Make the whipped cream: Use a stand mixer or hand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Add 1 ½ cups cold whipping cream and 1 tbsp sugar. Beat on medium-high speed until fully whipped in medium-stiff peaks. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the dessert:  To assemble each dessert, divide the riced chestnut puree between 6 small bowls. Top the chestnut puree with the whipped cream, dividing equally between the 6 bowls. Finally, add a cherry on top of dessert and enjoy!
