Ingredients

1x 150-200g blue cheese

10-12 walnut halves

10-12 Dried cranberries

150-200g manchego cheese

1x small jar fig jam

125-150g camembert cheese

1x small jar pepper jelly

1x 150-200g prima donna cheese

10-12 dried strawberries

1x jar balsamic jelly

Optional: Fresh Thyme garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice each cheese:
    • Manchego: triangular slices, 8-12
    • Camembert: divide into 8-10 pieces
    • Blue Cheese: slice into small rectangles, about half inch tall, 8-12 pieces
    • Prima donna cheese: slice into squares, about an inch tall, 8-12 squares
  2. Mix and match toppings to create small bites:
    • Manchego topped with fig jam, garnished with fresh thyme
    • Camembert topped with pepper jelly
    • Blue cheese topped with walnut and dried cranberry bite – use toothpick to hold together
    • Prima Donna cheese topped with dried strawberry & balsamic jelly

TIPS

For precision, use dental floss to cut blue cheese
